Hey,

I’m glad that the EHOP is working for her…I miss Christie. I tried calling a couple times…but didn’t realize y’all weren’t even home. She’ll pull through…I believe she is too bloody stubborn not too. ^_^ I send her many a hug and wish that I could do more for her…as it stands though the best I can do is pray for her and write her little notes.

Ok. Now I know why I haven’t heard from you. The last I had heard Cristie was to be tested but there was never any further word after that. I am so sorry this is happening to your family. How is everyone else doing? Cancer affects the whole family not just the person who is sick and the caregiver. Please know that my hopes, thoughts and dreams are with you guys during this time. On another note, my daughter Echo has recently been released from the hospital by two doctors who told her to go to a different doctor. She has been having EXTREME stomach and upper intestinal pain. She was admitted thru the ER to the hosp with a WCC of 18500 and within 4 hours it shot to 21000. After being put on Morphine she started to feel no pain. Catscans later and the dr’s said they don’t know what’s wrong. One says she has a spot in her small intestine that looks suspicious and the other says she has ovarian cysts and one might have burst. Once her WCC came down (no antibiotics given either) she was released with pain killers and told to go to Springfield and find a gastroenterologist. What a crock. We all send our Love and Hugs, Jo

Hello, You don’t know me but I was a friend of Christie’s a long time ago. Ive tried to keep in contact with her which is difficult but I’ve never stopped praying for her. She is a beautiful girl with a gorgeous spirit and I know that the Goddess will guide her safely. I hope that your own state of health and hope stays well and strong.

Through all this Christie is still a beautiful woman. Our prayers go out to you all. I know some of what you’re going through. When Tina was young they thought she had leukemia. Luckily it wasn’t. Then my brother came down with cancer but then they didn’t have all the answers then on what to do. We know you folks are strong and we have faith that Christie will pull through this.

Hang in there, it does get easier and the treatment does work. I know cos I have had this cancer. Just think of all the things you want to enjoy when the treatment is completed, and think about what made you laugh before you became unwell. I am not religious in anyway, but hope your God goes with you and you come out into the sunshine with a smile.
